What's your minimum charge?
For handyman / miscellaneous work, our minimum is 1 hour at $145/hour. For HVAC/plumbing/electrical service calls, the standard $95 service-call fee applies and is waived if you proceed with the recommended work.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Single drywall patch, hanging a TV mount, replacing a light fixture, fixing a wobbly toilet — these are real bookings for us. Most large contractors decline jobs under $500; we'll show up for the small stuff.
Can you provide service letters for a real-estate closing?
Yes — we provide service-history letters with our license + certification numbers, ESA inspection reports, and TSSA gas-fitting certs typically within 1 business day of request.
