Yes — we offer monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance contracts for property managers. Includes priority scheduling, discounted repair rates, and quarterly site visits. We can size a contract to your portfolio.
Can you replace 50+ PTAC units in a condo building?
Yes — we've done this. Typical timeline: 2-3 weeks for 50 units, scheduled with property management to minimize tenant disruption. We can stage equipment on-site and complete the swaps in batches of 10-15 per day.
What hours can you work in commercial spaces?
We can schedule day, evening, weekend, or overnight shifts depending on your tenant requirements. Premium rate (1.5x) applies for nights and weekends.
Do you carry the right insurance for commercial work?
Yes — $5M general liability, WSIB coverage on all employees, and tools/equipment insurance. Certificates of insurance available on request.
